About the Role\nDBS Global University is seeking dynamic, globally oriented, and relationship-driven professionals for the positions of Director / Deputy Director / Assistant Director – International Affairs to strengthen the University’s internationalization strategy and global academic partnerships.\nThe role will be instrumental in expanding international collaborations, supporting global student mobility, strengthening institutional branding, and enhancing the University’s global engagement ecosystem.\nKey Responsibilities\nInternational Collaborations & Partnerships\nDevelop and manage collaborations with international universities, institutions, embassies, and global organizations.\nFacilitate MoUs, academic partnerships, exchange programs, and joint initiatives.\nBuild strong international networks to enhance global visibility of the University.\nStudent & Faculty Mobility\nSupport and coordinate:\nStudent exchange programs\nInternational internships\nFaculty mobility initiatives\nGlobal immersion opportunities\nGuide international students regarding onboarding, documentation, and campus integration.\nInternational Admissions & Outreach\nSupport international student recruitment initiatives.\nParticipate in global education fairs, webinars, and outreach activities.\nCoordinate with recruitment partners and international agencies.\nRelationship & Stakeholder Management\nLiaise with:\nInternational universities\nGovernment bodies\nVisa/immigration authorities\nInternational students and parents\nEnsure smooth coordination across internal departments for international activities.\nStrategy, Compliance & Reporting\nEnsure compliance with applicable international education guidelines and institutional policies.\nPrepare reports, presentations, partnership updates, and strategic proposals.\nSupport institutional rankings, accreditations, and internationalization initiatives.\nBranding & Institutional Development\nContribute to positioning the University as a globally connected and internationally engaged institution.\nSupport global academic events, conferences, and international engagement initiatives.\nDesired Candidate Profile\nFor Director – International Affairs\nStrong leadership experience in international relations/global partnerships within higher education.\nProven ability to establish international collaborations and strategic alliances.\nExcellent stakeholder management and global communication skills.\nExposure to international admissions, mobility programs, and institutional branding preferred.\nFor Deputy Director – International Affairs\nExperience in managing international collaborations, student mobility, and global outreach initiatives.\nStrong coordination and relationship management capabilities.\nAbility to independently drive international engagement projects.\n\nFor Assistant Director – International Affairs\nExperience in international admissions, coordination, documentation, or student engagement.\nStrong communication, coordination, and operational skills.\nPassion for global education and cross-cultural engagement.\nKey Competencies\nGlobal mindset & cross-cultural communication\nRelationship management\nStrategic thinking\nPresentation & negotiation skills\nProgram coordination\nProcess orientation & compliance awareness\nQualification\nMaster’s Degree in Management, International Relations, Education, Public Administration, or related field.\nInternational exposure or experience in higher education will be an added advantage.\n\nWhy Join Us?\nOpportunity to contribute to the global growth journey of the University\nExposure to international academic ecosystems\nDynamic and innovation-driven work environment\nOpportunity to shape internationalization initiatives at a strategic level
