Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.\n\nResponsibilities\nManage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring strong engagement and retention\nConduct proactive outreach, including cold calls, to convert leads and re-engage inactive clients\nProvide personalized support and tailored solutions to enhance the client experience\nMonitor trading activity, identify growth opportunities, and guide clients through the onboarding and funding process\nReport and reflect client needs and market feedback to management in a timely manner to help shape service offerings and align with market demand\nMaintain accurate client records and follow up on key action items to ensure quality service\n\nQualifications\nGood command in written and spoken English.

Proficiency in additional local languages is a plus.\nMinimum 6 months experience of doing outbound call to convert leads into trading clients in FX industry, OR\nMinimum 1 year experience of doing outbound call to convert leads into clients in other industry\nExperience in managing leads using CRM system, preferably salesforce\nExperience in using phone call system and chat tool system to help in conversion\nConversion experience must involve converting leads to funded clients or paying customer. Lead generation or Qualifying leads experience is not suitable for this role.\nMust be able to communicate in Hindi and English\nAssertive and Eager to identify and suggest opportunities to expand the retail business\n\nWe offer an exciting career opportunity and competitive remuneration to the successful candidate.
