Job Level - Sr. Associate\nYear of Experience –4 Yrs – 8 Yrs\n\nJob Description:\nYou’ll be part of a team of high performing problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.\nOverall Experience – 3+ years IT experience\nMandatory Skills:\nAccounting Standards Implementation:\nBasic understanding of ASC 606 and IFRS 15.\nFamiliarity with revenue management tools like Zuora Revenue, RevStream, RightRev, or Oracle RMCS is a plus.\nSalesforce Knowledge:\nExposure to Salesforce and its role in supporting upstream business processes.\nData Integration:\nExperience in integrating data between systems, particularly ERP and revenue management tools, is beneficial.\nAnalytical Skills:\nAbility to analyze and interpret business processes and requirements.\nPreferred Certifications:\nSalesforce Admin\nExposure to certifications like Zuora Revenue/Billing or Oracle RMCS is an advantage but not mandatory.\nResponsibilities:\nAssist in Revenue Cloud Projects:\nSupport the development and delivery of Revenue Cloud-related solutions under guidance.\nCollaborate with Teams:\nWork closely with senior developers and consultants to deliver project tasks.\nTesting and Quality Assurance:\nAssist in preparing and validating test cases and use cases to ensure deliverables meet business requirements.\nClient Support:\nSupport team efforts in resolving client queries and implementing revised accounting standards.\nHands-On Learning:\nGain experience with Salesforce products like CPQ, Billing, and revenue management tools such as Zuora Revenue.\nDocumentation and Communication:\nDocument processes, gather requirements during client meetings, and communicate updates effectively to the team.\n\nProcess Improvement Suggestions:\nIdentify opportunities for process optimization during projects and communicate these to senior team members.\nProject Participation:\nActively participate in the design, build, and testing phases of projects under guidance.
