You will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction and long-term success by implementing scalable onboarding processes, working cross-functionally, and continuously improving internal workflows.\n\nThis role is ideal for someone with strong operational experience, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCustomer Onboarding & Implementation\n\n- Execute and improve end-to-end customer onboarding workflows.\n- Ensure customers are smoothly transitioned and fully activated on AiSensy.\n- Maintain onboarding SLAs and follow best practices to deliver consistent customer experiences.\n- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align onboarding objectives with client expectations.\n\nOperational Excellence\n\n- Identify bottlenecks in the onboarding process and implement improvements for better efficiency and scalability.\n- Develop SOPs, templates, and automation processes to streamline operations.\n- Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track onboarding milestones.\n\nCustomer Training & Enablement\n\n- Conduct training sessions, webinars, and product walkthroughs.\n- Build and maintain customer-facing resources like FAQs, guides, and tutorials.\n- Empower customers to be self-sufficient on the AiSensy platform.\n\nData & Reporting\n\n- Monitor key onboarding KPIs such as time-to-activation and early churn rates.\n- Generate reports and insights to optimize the onboarding journey and improve customer success metrics.\n\nTeam Collaboration\n\n- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth cross-functional handoffs.\n- Support onboarding specialists and ensure service quality standards are upheld.\n\nKey Qualifications\n\n- Experience: 1+ years in customer onboarding, operations, or implementation (in SaaS/B2B domains).\n- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM & onboarding tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.).
