Founding Team (Design + Growth) (Surat, WFO)\nRetreeve is building a curated home decor and furniture platform for Indian spaces — focused on thoughtful design, natural materials, and long-lasting products.\nWe’re at an early stage: brands are onboarded, the website is live, and we’re now building towards our first phase of growth.\nThis is not a typical role. You’ll be working directly with the founder, building everything from scratch.\n\nWhat you’ll work on\nGrowing Retreeve’s Instagram and shaping its visual voice\nSourcing and onboarding design-led brands\nProduct cataloging and website curation\nOutreach and partnerships\nSupporting day-to-day operations\n\nWho this is for\nStrong design sense (architecture/interiors/design background preferred)\nUnderstands aesthetics, materials, and visual culture\nCurious, proactive, and willing to figure things out\nSome familiarity with Instagram/content trends\nThis role is for someone who wants to learn how a brand is actually built from the ground up — not just execute tasks.\n\nWhy this role is different\nYou’ll work directly with the founder, who has experience across:\nSanjay Puri Architects\nAsian Paints\nEpistle Communications\nMA (Architectural History) from The Bartlett, UCL\nYou’ll see - and be part of - every step of building a brand.\n\nDetails\nSurat (Work From Office)\n₹5,000/month stipend\n⏱ Full-time\nTo apply\nSend a short note + portfolio (if any).\nWe care more about your taste and intent than formal experience.
