This role blends deep SAP expertise with strong business acumen, customer engagement skills, and the ability to shape end‑to‑end digital transformation journeys. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands‑on leader who can influence clients, mentor teams, and support revenue growth.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nPre‑Sales Leadership:\n\nLead SAP pre‑sales activities, including discovery sessions, solution design, demos, PoCs, and RFP/RFI responses.\nTranslate business requirements into compelling SAP solution architectures across modules (e.g., S/4HANA, BTP, Analytics, SuccessFactors, Ariba).\nCollaborate with sales teams to craft winning proposals and value propositions.\nPresent SAP solutions to C‑level executives, highlighting business value, ROI, and transformation roadmaps.\n\nPractice Management:\n\nBuild and scale the SAP practice, including capability development, hiring, and competency planning.\nDefine delivery methodologies, best practices, accelerators, and reusable assets.\nMentor consultants and architects, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.\nOversee solution governance, quality assurance, and delivery readiness.\nPartner with SAP and ecosystem partners to strengthen alliances and co‑innovation opportunities.\n\nSolution Strategy & Thought Leadership:\n\nDevelop SAP solution offerings, industry templates, and go‑to‑market strategies.\nStay current with SAP roadmap, innovations, and market trends (e.g., RISE with SAP, BTP, AI/ML, sustainability).\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n\n10+ years of SAP experience with a strong functional or technical background.\nProven track record in SAP pre‑sales, solution architecture, or practice leadership.\nDeep understanding of SAP S/4HANA and related cloud solutions.\nStrong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.\nExperience in proposal writing, deal shaping, and commercial models.\nAbility to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple pursuits simultaneously.\nConsulting background preferred.\n\nEducation & Certifications:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.\nSAP certifications (S/4HANA, BTP, or relevant modules) preferred.
