The role focuses on delivering customer service processes, integrating SAP systems, and enhancing customer experience in digital transformation programs.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nImplement and configure SAP Service Cloud (C/4HANA) solutions\nGather and analyze business requirements related to customer service processes\nDesign and optimize service workflows , ticketing, and case management\nConfigure:\nService request and ticket management\nSLA management\nKnowledge base and customer interactions\nIntegrate SAP Service Cloud with:\nSAP S/4HANA\nSAP CRM / ECC\nThird-party systems\nWork on middleware integration (CPI / SAP Integration Suite)\nSupport end-to-end implementation lifecycle (Design → Build → Test → Deploy → Support)\nConduct user training, UAT support, and documentation\nEnsure adherence to SAP best practices and TCS delivery standards
