Job Title:\nSalesforce Administrator\nClassification:\nExempt\nFunction:\nBusiness Operations\nLocation:\nRemote\nSupervisory Responsibility:\nNo\n\nOverview of the role:\nThe Salesforce Administrator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and enhancement of symplr’s Salesforce platform. Collaborates on all aspects of user management including support cases, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction being a priority.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nOversee and input all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules\nConfigure the platform according to approved solutions, including but not limited to Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports\nManages Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.\nConduct analysis and evaluate materials provided by business users\nBuild, test, and deploy all configuration changes\nCollaborate with stakeholders to Identify and gather business and technical requirements, translating into best practice scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience\nIdentify unused or underutilized platform features\nOwn the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders\nPerform data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed\nConduct proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer\nDevelop and maintain system documentation and support procedures, processes, application configurations, and related materials for users\nManage and address user support cases\nSupport team members and monitor user adoption of Salesforce\nConduct new user and support ongoing user training, creating training materials as needed\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree\nThree to four years of experience as a Salesforce administrator experience\nExperience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration\nExceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases\nExperience supporting both sales and service cloud\nExtensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems\nIn-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities\nProficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access\nKnowledge of importing salesforce object data and generating Salesforce reports\nProactive attitude to platform enhancements\nExperience designing scalable best practice solutions\nExcellent relationship-building skills\nExperience in change management and governance\nExperience training end users and key stakeholders\n\nDesired Skills and Qualifications:\nSalesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification\nExperience working at a fast-paced SaaS company\n\nThe above job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
