Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Own supplier relationship management on the designated scope:
  2. Manage performance for assigned suppliers with monthly metrics review;
  • Conduct supplier performance reviews and foster improvement of suppliers' performance;
  • Deploy supplier development projects with the support of SQ&D;
  • Support of operational issues with impacted GBE (according to escalation process);
  • Manage designated suppliers' contract, accountable for compliance (T&C / Consignment Stock / PT / AWL / LTA / NDA etc.);
  1. Contribute to AOP & STRAP objectives achievement for the designated scope:
  • Own, generate opportunity, lead execution and follow-up on productivity action plans (Negotiation, VE, Resourcing...) for supplier or commodity group assigned;
  • Secure accurate data to support Panel definition and drive panel action execution to achieve strategic target for the commodity (incl. Matex STRAP targets);
  • Partner with GBE Buyers to deploy corrective action plans;
  • Conduct negotiations with assigned suppliers and change price accordingly in due time;
  • Optimize cash, payment terms and consignment stock Contractual obligations, secure planning, and execution of Capex;

Contribute to panels strategy deployment on the designated scope under the supervision of the Commodity; Manager

  • Support Commodity strategy deployment on assigned scope;
  • Contribute to collect GBE operational & strategic requirements (project & production);
  • Support suppliers panel intelligence (technology and market changes);
  • Lead new supplier integration process in the Panel: perform supplier prospection, supplier assessments (CSA), supplier development;
  • Consider GBE current and future needs as inputs for panel deployment in due time to support the business;
  • Partner with GBE Buyer for commodity business award;
  • Be the Key Supplier Contact (KSC) for all suppliers delivering under the Buyer panel as nominated by the Commodity Director;

    Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor degree preferably in Engineering

  • Min 6y experience in Procurement, preferably in Automotive industry;

  • Experience managing Electronic commodities

  • Project management skills;

  • Analytic thinking and leadership skills;

  • Agile mindset and resilience;
