Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Configuration: Configure Procurement (PO, Sourcing, Self-Service), Inventory Management (sub-inventories, material movements), and Product Information Management (Items, Catalogs, Item Classes).
Item Master Management: Manage the Product Data Hub (PDH) and Product Information Management (PIM) to create, manage, and harmonize product master data across inventory and procurement.
Contract Lifecycle Management: Implement Oracle Procurement Contracts to automate authoring, negotiation, and approval of supplier agreements.
Functional Lead & Strategy: Lead requirement-gathering workshops, perform fit-gap analysis, and map business processes to Oracle Fusion Cloud functionality.
Testing & Validation: Develop test scenarios, lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and troubleshoot functional issues.
Data Migration & Integration: Oversee the migration of supplier, item, and inventory data, and manage integrations with Financials or external systems.
Process Optimization: Use analytics and OTBI reports to identify opportunities for reducing costs and improving supplier compliance.
Required
Knowledge & Skills:
Deep Expertise: 8+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud SCM (Procurement, Inventory, PIM/Items, Contracts).
Modules: Strong knowledge of Purchasing (PO), Supplier Portal, Inventory Management, and Product Information Management.
Methodology: Familiarity with OUM (Oracle Unified Method) and cloud deployment best practices.
Core Responsibilities by Area:
Items/PIM: Define Item Classes, lifecycle phases, attributes, unit of measure (UOM) conversions, and catalog management.
Inventory: Set up inventory organizations, locations, sub-inventories, lot/serial control, and material transactions.
Procurement: Implement requisitioning, supplier portal, sourcing, and purchasing for standard and complex procurement flows.
Contracts: Set up standard templates, clauses, deviations, and apply contracts to purchasing agreements
