Key Responsibilities:
Drive vehicle packaging activities and finalize packaging concepts in alignment with stakeholders
Participate in cross-functional meetings and present technical topics in management forums
Collaborate with DST, DBBK, and other teams to clarify concerns and ensure timely resolution
Lead integration activities across domains such as Styling, Design, CAE, CAX, and Manufacturing
Drive competency development through collaboration with BTVs, CAx, PDM, and MO engineers
Take ownership of specific packaging areas and ensure end-to-end delivery excellence
Propose and implement innovative ideas, tools, and process improvements for packaging
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in vehicle packaging and overall vehicle development
Strong understanding of vehicle systems, subsystems, and assembly processes
Knowledge of automotive product development processes and vehicle regulations/homologation
Hands-on experience with PDM/PLM tools, DMU maintenance, and virtual reality environments
Expertise in vehicle bill of materials (BOM), configurations, and engineering change workflows
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in packaging and interference study of complete vehicle
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Automobile / Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
German language proficiency
Experience working in global automotive environments and cross-functional teams
Strong exposure to integration touchpoints across multiple engineering domains
Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in processes and tools
