Mandatory Skills 1. Technical IAM Knowledge: Working expertise in core IAM technologies and concepts – SSO, identity federation, Entra ID (Azure AD), JML workflows, access reviews, and least-privilege access models; familiarity with Clear Skye, Keycloak, or similar IAM tools is mandatory
2. Cross-Functional Project Experience: Demonstrated experience managing projects spanning IT infrastructure, ERP/Non-ERP systems, and SecOps; ability to lead cross-functional teams and align disparate business/IT priorities
3. Project Management Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or equivalent
4. Compliance & Audit Awareness: Understanding of access governance audit requirements, data privacy principles, and security risk management related to identity and access
5. Familiarity with AI-enabled identity governance tools and automation capabilities for access decision-making
6. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership
7. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to identity access (GDPR, CCPA, or industry-specific compliance)
8. Experience on multi country rollout
