Agile Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities

· Facilitate scrum: Ensure the team follows scrum practices and principles

· Coach the team: Help the team improve their processes and become more self-managed

· Remove impediments: Eliminate obstacles that prevent the team from doing their work

· Manage the product backlog: Ensure the team has a clear list of features, requirements, and user stories to work on

· Protect the team: Shield the team from external interference so they can focus on delivering value

· Implement agile engineering practices: Promote continuous integration and automation to improve efficiency

· Teach scrum practices: Ensure team members understand Agile principles and Scrum methodology

· Facilitate stakeholder collaboration: Engage with stakeholders frequently

· Implement project management practices: Ensure the team follows best practices for project execution

· Resolve conflicts: Help the team find common ground and reach mutually beneficial resolutions

· Adapt to change: Be flexible and ready to change course when necessary

Required Skills:

· Proven Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with a strong focus on Agile principal implementation.

· Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Advanced Certifications: Relevant certifications in PMP/PMI/Agile @ Scale/SM

· Note: Salesforce / MuleSoft Domian knowledge is added advantage
