FINANCE

  • Strategic Financial Leadership

    • Lead the overall Finance function, aligning financial strategy with business objectives and growth plans.

    • Partner with CEO and Board on financial and risk management.

  • Budgeting & Financial Planning

    • Lead the annual budgeting process across all departments
    • Monitor budget utilization and conduct monthly variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast).
    • Implement rolling forecasts and scenario planning

  • Financial Planning & Control

    • Oversee budgeting, financial modeling, MIS reporting, and performance analytics.

    • Implement strong internal financial controls and governance frameworks.

    • Safeguard company assets and ensure optimal utilization of financial resources

  • Statutory & Regulatory Compliance

    • Ensure full compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations (Income Tax, GST, TDS, Transfer Pricing, etc.).

    • Manage compliance with SEZ regulations and related fiscal benefits.

    • Oversee statutory audits, internal audits, and liaison with regulatory authorities.

    • Ensure adherence to central and state regulations

    • Oversee compliance related to employee matters including agreements, contracts, disciplinary actions, terminations, settlements, statutory dues, and dispute handling in coordination with HR.

  • Risk Management & Governance

    • Develop and maintain a robust risk management framework.
    • Ensure adequate finance and accounting controls across the organization.
    • Oversee treasury operations, working capital management, and foreign exchange exposure (if applicable).
    • Establish policies to prevent financial leakage, fraud, and compliance risks.

  • Team Leadership

    • Build and lead a high-performing finance team.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
    • Drive automation and digital transformation within finance processes.

ADMINISTRATION

  • Provide strategic oversight to the Administration function, ensuring clear role allocation, accountability, and timely delivery of services.
  • Ensure seamless support to internal stakeholders by monitoring service quality of vendors such as housekeeping, transport, security, cafeteria, and facility maintenance agencies.
  • Liaise with government and semi-government bodies (e.g., electricity boards, telecom authorities, municipal departments) to ensure uninterrupted services and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee upkeep, infrastructure maintenance, and safety standards across all office premises, ensuring security systems are robust and fully operational.
  • Drive cost optimization within administration by monitoring expenses, eliminating wastage, and implementing efficiency-focused controls.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

  • Provide strategic oversight of IT operations, ensuring 247365 infrastructure readiness.

  • Ensure business continuity through robust IT governance, system reliability, data security, and disaster recovery preparedness.

  • Coordinate with IT Operations Management (ITOM) to ensure IT teams are fully equipped and supported to perform efficiently and meet service level expectations.

  • Oversee IT asset lifecycle management including procurement approvals, vendor coordination, maintenance, renewals, and compliance with company guidelines.

  • Maintain accurate IT asset records, optimize technology investments, and control IT-related costs while ensuring scalability to support business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory; MBA (Finance) preferred.
  • 15-20+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CFO/Head of Finance).
  • Prior experience in IT product / SaaS / technology companies is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of SEZ compliance, tax structures, and multi-state statutory regulations.
  • Experience in fundraising, investor management, and board reporting preferred.
  • Proven track record in financial transformation and scaling finance functions.
