About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for building a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth, and expanding our customer base across enterprise and mid-market accounts. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive revenue targets for the Bengaluru region

  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performance sales team

  • Develop and execute the regional sales strategy aligned with company goals

  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → demo → proposal → negotiation → closure

  • Build strong relationships with CXOs, HR leaders, and procurement teams

  • Track and forecast pipeline using CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce / Zoho, etc.)

  • Partner with marketing and product teams to improve lead quality and conversion

  • Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships

  • Ensure consistent sales process, discipline, and reporting

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings


Required Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B Sales / Enterprise Sales

  • 2+ years of experience leading a sales team

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets

  • Experience selling SaaS / HRTech / Recruitment / Enterprise Software (preferred)

  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment


Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to HR, Talent Acquisition, or Operations leaders

  • Experience in Indian enterprise market

  • Exposure to AI / Automation / SaaS platforms
