About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for building a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth, and expanding our customer base across enterprise and mid-market accounts. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive revenue targets for the Bengaluru region
Build, manage, and mentor a high-performance sales team
Develop and execute the regional sales strategy aligned with company goals
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → demo → proposal → negotiation → closure
Build strong relationships with CXOs, HR leaders, and procurement teams
Track and forecast pipeline using CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce / Zoho, etc.)
Partner with marketing and product teams to improve lead quality and conversion
Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships
Ensure consistent sales process, discipline, and reporting
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
Required Qualifications
5–10 years of experience in B2B Sales / Enterprise Sales
2+ years of experience leading a sales team
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Experience selling SaaS / HRTech / Recruitment / Enterprise Software (preferred)
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Nice to Have
Experience selling to HR, Talent Acquisition, or Operations leaders
Experience in Indian enterprise market
Exposure to AI / Automation / SaaS platforms
