We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP HR Consultant with strong expertise in SAP HCM and Payroll environments. This role involves developing, supporting, and enhancing SAP ABAP solutions across HR and payroll modules while working closely with functional and technical teams to deliver reliable and scalable business solutions.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SAP HR/HCM processes, payroll-related developments, Infotypes, payroll schema, and technical enhancements. You will play a key role in managing technical development, troubleshooting issues, and supporting ongoing project and maintenance activities within SAP HR systems.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SAP ABAP solutions within SAP HR/HCM modules
- Work on payroll-related developments, enhancements, and support activities
- Handle Infotypes, Payroll Schema, Functions, and PCR-related developments
- Work extensively with HR transactions such as PA30 and PA40
- Develop reports, interfaces, forms, enhancements, and custom technical objects
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for HR and payroll systems
- Collaborate with functional consultants and technical teams for project execution and delivery
- Support testing, deployment, and maintenance activities across SAP HR environments
- Ensure smooth integration and performance of payroll and HR functionalities
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for developments and enhancements
- Participate in technical discussions, requirement analysis, and solution implementation activities

- Strong experience in SAP ABAP development with SAP HR/HCM modules
- Good understanding of SAP Payroll processes and payroll-related configurations
- Hands-on experience with Infotypes, Payroll Schema, Functions, and PCRs
