Requirements

Experience & Skills:

• 7-9 years of experience working as an SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Analyst within a multinational organization
• Extensive practical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Reporting & Analytics, including Story Reporting and Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
• Exceptional analytical abilities and strong problem-solving skills
• Capability to analyze and interpret complex data alongside detailed reporting requirements
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and gather requirements
• In-depth understanding of the SAP SuccessFactors data model
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors modules and HR/People processes
• Experience with app development is considered a plus
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications, particularly focused on Reporting and Analytics
• Demonstrated expertise in Story Reporting
