Own the ServiceNow platform architecture across ITSM| ITOM| CMDB| ITAM| Virtual Agent| and Automation. Define and drive the ServiceNow roadmap aligned to global manufacturing and infrastructure strategies. Architect ITOM solutions including Discovery| Service Mapping| Event Management| and Health dashboards. Establish CMDB governance| CI lifecycle management| data model standards| and reconciliation strategies. Design and oversee global consolidation initiatives (e.g.| regional instance harmonization| standard workflows). Lead architecture for integrations with infrastructure| endpoint| monitoring| cloud| and security platforms. Enable automation-first operations using Flow Designer| IntegrationHub| orchestration| and remediation workflows. Guide adoption of AI GenAI capabilities (Now Assist| Virtual Agent| predictive insights| auto-remediation). Ensure platform compliance with security| audit| and regulatory standards.
