Responsibilities
- Provide service and product support to Treasury Management customers via phone and email.
- Identify, research, analyze, and resolve complex problems with multiple nonstandard solutions.
- Prioritize service issues and aim for first call resolution with recognized/accepted solutions.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of products, services, departmental systems, technology, policies, and procedures.
- Perform risk mitigation tasks such as activating/deactivating highrisk product services (e.g., teller positive pay).
- Report potential fraud or suspicious activity promptly.
Required Skills
- Basic computer literacy and Microsoft Excel knowledge.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn and teach both basic and complex processes.
- Willingness to work in a call center environment.
