Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain mainframe applications and systems.
- Provide support for mainframe infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Implement best practices for performance tuning, monitoring, and security.
- Participate in migration, modernization, and integration projects.
Required Skills
- Handson experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, VSAM.
- Strong knowledge of mainframe system architecture and performance optimization.
- Experience in production support, debugging, and incident management.
- Familiarity with mainframe modernization tools and integration with distributed systems.
- Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills.
