Job Description:
Support in data collation and preparation of HR reports
• Manage end-to-end employee life cycle of the contingent work force (Hire to Exit)
• Identify process gap to improve and optimize processes.
• Manage Onboarding Process.
• Knowledge on Background Verification Process.
• Exposure on vendor communication management.
• Monitor grievances and implement disciplinary policies and procedures
• Ascertain timely resolution of employee queries
• Ensure basic HR hygiene and Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships to increase productivity and retention
• Align with business to implement talent engagement and development initiatives
• Communicate organizational policies and processes and ensure its understanding
Desired Candidate Profile: • As this role will include interacting with+D1 Global stakeholders. Good English Communication skills (Written and Verbal) is a must
• Employee life cycle management
• Good in excel and other documentation process
• Knowledge of HR policies and processes
• Graduate and Diploma/Masters degree in Human Resources or related field
