Working as a primary Commvault L3 engineer Mandate experience in backup and recovery domain (Commvault Product).Mandate experience in Implementation of commserver| Media Agent and Various agents Mandate experience in Implementing| Migrating| Upscaling of DDB whenever necessaryMandate experience on Auxcopy| Dash Copy| Tertiary copy With multiple retention setup is mandateMandate experience on OS migration and Upgrade| DB migration and Upgrade. In place and Clone and upgrade of production systems is mandateExpertise in Restorations with multiple severity on the above said technologies.Experience with Hyperscale (HSX) and Command Center.Expertise in core concepts of backup and recovery solutions in reference to windows & Linux file system| VMware|Azure| SQL| Oracle| MySQL|Oracle RAC backups| Files and SQL Cluster servers|. Expertise in Livesync of VMware| Azure and also should have hands on knowledge of VM migration using livesyncExpertise in performance tuning| capacity planning| and root cause analysisProficient advance Level of Commvault Networking skill sets.Proficient in Linux & Windows Operating Systems for in depth and core troubleshooting and identifying the route cause of the issue or a problemHelp customers troubleshoot issues with their backup jobs; advise on backup best practicesShould be an individual contributor| and also a team player while working with cross teams for troubleshooting and handling escalations.Able to handle critical situations and Escalations whenever necessary
