Core platform workflows and enhancements. The ServiceNow ITAM Developer is responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions within ServiceNow, ensuring accurate tracking, compliance, and lifecycle management of hardware, software, and cloud assets.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure and customize ServiceNow ITAM modules (HAM, SAM, SAM Pro)
• Manage asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement
• Implement and maintain hardware, software, and cloud asset models
• Support software license compliance, optimization, and reconciliation
• Integrate asset data from Discovery, SCCM, Intune, JAMF, and other sources
• Ensure data accuracy across CMDB and Asset tables
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for compliance and cost optimization
• Support ITSM processes using asset data (Incident, Change, Problem)
• Troubleshoot ITAM issues and implement enhancements
