Job Summary & Responsibilities<\/h3>
The role involves partnering with the Business Head and the Aqua leadership team to drive the people strategy crucial to achieving desired business outcomes for the business<\/font><\/p>\n

- Managing the full spectrum of HR policies, services, programs and initiatives to deliver value to the business.<\/li>\n
- Implement the right organization structure in line with business priorities and goals to ensure optimum manpower productivit<\/li>\n
- Implement appropriate strategies forrecruitment of quality hires (white collared\/ blue collared \/ contractual employees) across functions & regions, further supported by the right induction and onboarding processes.<\/li>\n
- Drive the employee engagement survey for Aqua employees to understand the voice of the employees and roll out corrective measures for the same.<\/li>\n
- Drive and Implement compensation policies of the Aqua Feed Division across locations including managing payroll activities at location level.<\/li>\n
- Develop approach towards improving Aqua Feed sales capability<\/li>\n
- Design, develop and implement a capability based training framework for various roles in the organization.<\/li>\n
- Manage all the trade union negotiations, wage settlements with unions<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/div>\n <\/div><\/span>
Requirements<\/h3>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>5\-6 years of HRBP experience with a mid\-sized employee group, preferably a stint each in Sales HR & Plant HR, also preferably in R&D HR<\/span><\/p>
PrePreferred industries to look for candidates \- pharma, chemical, food processing, agrochemical, animalfeed<\/span><\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Indicative Education profile: MBA from premier B\-schools like IIMs, XLRI, TISS, SIBM etc. Preferably 2011 to 2013 batches. <\/span><\/p><\/span>
