The resource will be responsible for ensuring successful transitions through Program Leads, focusing on seamless transitions and building capability within the Transitions function. They will bring thought leadership to improve transitions setup and implementation. Additionally, the resource will lead new business pursuits (RFPs) to develop customized solutions and take over transitions of specific client engagements when new business opportunities arise.
