Role required to coordinate background verification processes as per comp policy . Required to know Vendor Management to work with external verification agencies or vendors, ensuring they meet service level agreements (SLAs) and compliance requirements. Maintain accurate records of all verification activities and ensure that data is securely stored and handled in accordance with data protection laws. Prepare and deliver regular reports on the status of background checks, highlighting risks or concerns to senior management.
