What We're Looking For:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - non-negotiable.

3-4 years of hands-on post-qualification experience in accounting and finance roles.

Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.

Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or equivalent) and MS Excel.

High attention to detail, strong ownership mindset, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.

Experience in a fintech, NBFC, or lending environment is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across cross-functional teams.
