About The Job:
  • As an HRIS Operational Support Expert with a primary focus on-premises SAP HR system (One HRIS), you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of both personnel and organizational data.
  • Your responsibilities span across Personnel Administration (PA) and Organisational Management (OM), where you will ensure that employee records, organizational structures, and related processes are correctly configured, maintained, and aligned with business and compliance requirements and governance framework.
  • You will work closely with local HR teams, Shared Service Centres, HR business partners and IT to uphold data integrity and support efficient, high-quality HR operations across the global organization.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Maintain and manage employee master data (PA) and organizational structures (OM) in SAP, including positions, jobs, cost centers, reporting lines, and object relationships, based on incoming requests from the business.
  • Coordinate and process personnel and organizational changes across countries and sites, ensuring compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.
  • Conduct impact analysis and manage workflows for HR data updates in both PA and OM domains.
  • Design and implement major organizational changes, including restructures, in SAP OM.
  • Ensure data consistency and quality across all SAP PA/OM records.
  • Monitor and improve data quality through audits and corrective actions.
  • Translate organizational charts into SAP OM structures for accurate reporting and workflow functionality.
  • Manage the OneHRIS Level 0 inbox and triage incoming tickets related to PA/OM.
  • Provide expert-level support to HR operations and HRIS teams in resolving SAP PA/OM-related issues.
  • Deliver coaching and training to HR administrators and key users on SAP PA/OM processes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Participate in SAP PA/OM-related projects, including system upgrades and process improvements.
  • Generate and analyze the monthly “Europe FTE Reporting File”.
  • Consult with key stakeholders on changes required to offer best approach
Qualifications:
  • Total Experience Required 10+
  • Relevant Experience required 8+
  • Mandatory Skills SAP HCM- Personal Administration & Organizational mgmt

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM, specifically in PA and OM in an on-premise environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset (e.g. French)
  • Experience in a multinational environment is a plus.
  • Passion for data accuracy, digitalisation, and continuous improvement.
  • SAP OM or PA certification
  • 5+ years experience in HCM cloud technology

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

  • Deep expertise in SAP Organisation Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA), including info types, object types, and relationship management.
  • Experience with SAP SPRO configuration and customization of OM/PA structures and authorizations.
  • Broad understanding of the integration between PA and OM in SAP HCM.
  • Proficient in SAP (OneHRIS), MS Office, Outlook, SharePoint, and SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with LSMW, BDC, and other mass data tools.
  • Knowledge of SAP HR reporting tools (e.g., Ad Hoc Query, SAP Query, ALV).
  • Experience with hybrid SAP HCM landscapes and/or SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with ticketing systems and structured request workflows
