We are looking for a Back Office Executive to support operational processes, manage data, and ensure smooth backend coordination across Scry AI. This role is critical in maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and consistency in day-to-day operations.


Role Overview


As a Back Office Executive at Scry AI, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing data records, and supporting internal teams with operational processes. You will work closely with different departments to ensure timely execution and accurate information flow.


This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling routine processes efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities


Data Management & Processing


  • Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across systems
  • Process and verify information as per defined workflows


Administrative & Operational Support


  • Assist in day-to-day back office operations
  • Support internal teams with documentation and coordination
  • Handle routine administrative tasks and process execution


Reporting & Documentation


  • Prepare reports, summaries, and data records
  • Maintain proper documentation for operational activities
  • Ensure data is organized and easily accessible


Coordination & Communication


  • Coordinate with internal teams for task completion
  • Ensure smooth information flow across departments
  • Support follow-ups and task tracking


Process Efficiency & Compliance


  • Follow standard operating procedures and guidelines
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and processes


Required Qualifications and Skills


  • Experience in back office operations, data entry, or administrative roles
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and office tools
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities
  • Ability to manage routine tasks efficiently
