Essential Job Functions:
- Provide L2 support for AVD host pools, session hosts, and application groups
- Troubleshoot complex login failures, session drops, and RemoteApp issues
- Advanced troubleshooting of FSLogix (profile corruption, container mounting, exclusions)
- Manage and troubleshoot Azure Files (NTFS permissions, RBAC, private endpoints)
- Diagnose networking issues (NSG, UDR, DNS, Firewall, NAT Gateway)
- Monitor AVD agent health, updates, and connectivity to Microsoft endpoints
- Handle Microsoft 365 issues (Outlook performance, Teams optimization in AVD, OneDrive sync)
- Knowledge on Image creation and Patching Process
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and provide permanent fixes
- Maintain technical documentation and SOPs
- Exp: 5-8 years
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop
- Good understanding of FSLogix profile containers
- Experience with Azure VMs, Storage Accounts, and File Shares
- Knowledge of Azure networking (NSG, Route Tables, Private Endpoints)
- Experience with Active Directory / Hybrid AD / Entra ID
- Basic PowerShell scripting knowledge
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 integration in AVD
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
