\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing sales team. This is not a traditional sales role — it’s about consulting, storytelling, relationship building, and being part of a team that empowers innovation.
\n\nYou’ll work directly with startup founders, understand their product visions, and align them with the right tech roadmap and solutions from CloudTrains.
\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n- \n
- Research and identify potential clients in India, the US, UK, and other target markets \n
- Drive outbound sales via LinkedIn outreach, emails, and discovery calls \n
- Understand client requirements in mobile app development, web platforms, SaaS, and custom software \n
- Create and present tailored proposals, pricing models, and value pitches \n
- Manage the full sales cycle: from lead qualification to negotiation and deal closure \n
- Collaborate with the tech and delivery teams to ensure accurate project scoping \n
- Maintain an organized pipeline and track lead status and follow-ups regularly \n
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through consultative selling \n

- 1–3 years of experience in IT services or tech-based solution selling \n
- Strong understanding of the digital product development lifecycle \n
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written and verbal) \n
- Confident in handling international clients and managing discovery/demo calls \n
- Self-motivated, proactive, and excited to grow in a fast-paced startup environment \n
- Familiarity with proposal tools, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho), and lead databases \n

- Basic knowledge of Agile, product discovery, and estimation workflows \n
- Understanding of startup pain points and fundraising stages is a plus \n
- Prior experience in a startup or tech consulting environment \n
