Experience Required:

3–5 years of experience in digital media planning, preferably from a media/advertising agency background.


Role Overview:

The role involves end-to-end digital campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking. The individual will work closely with clients, internal teams, and platform partners to deliver effective, data-driven digital media solutions aligned with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Decode client briefs and develop detailed approach notes for upcoming digital campaigns.
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns in line with client objectives, budgets, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with vendors and platform partners to ensure readiness before campaign launch.
  • Monitor ongoing campaigns and share regular performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Drive campaign optimisation through continuous tracking and course correction.
  • Maintain and update campaign data on dashboards accurately and regularly.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis and present key learnings to clients and internal teams.
  • Share platform knowledge, trends, and past learnings to improve future campaign outcomes.
  • Track campaign spends and ensure delivery within allocated budgets.
  • Research new platforms and features to enhance digital strategy effectiveness.
  • Support new business pitches through data inputs and presentation development.

Key Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of digital media planning and campaign execution.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing and optimisation techniques.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from campaign data.
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
