What You‘ll Do

Partner with Solution Architects and Sales to execute discovery, demos, and proposal support across the HLS Salesforce portfolio

Configure and maintain Golden Demo environments and utilize Salesforce Org Templates for rapid deal deployment

Build and demonstrate Agentforce, Data 360, Health Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, and other emerging technologies via POCs for Payer, Provider, MedTech, and Life Sciences prospects

Respond to RFI/RFP technical sections - clearly articulating Wilco Source‘s HLS differentiation over competitors

Run AI & Data Readiness Assessments with clients to qualify and roadmap Agentforce and Data 360 opportunities

Maintain the Capability Deck vault and Case Study library organized by vertical and product

Track all pre-sales activities, demo outcomes, KPIs, and LOE estimates in Salesforce CRM

Actively experiment with AI tools to reduce proposal prep time, improve demo quality, and surface competitive intelligence


What We‘re Looking For

Non-negotiables:

6+ years of total experience in Salesforce consulting, implementation, or solution engineering

1+ year in a pre-sales or customer-facing SE role - you‘ve been in front of a client presenting a demo or scoping a solution

Hands-on experience with at least two Salesforce products: Health Cloud, Data 360, Agentforce, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud

At least 3 certifications required; one on the developer; one on administrator and preferably one on either Sales Cloud or Service Cloud. (Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud certification is a strong plus)

Solid written and verbal communication - you can write a crisp technical section of an RFP and explain Agentforce to a non-technical VP in the same day

You spin up a Salesforce demo org and configure a custom flow for the specific prospect‘s use case - not a generic out-of-the-box walk-through

You proactively flag when a deal needs a different solution angle - you don‘t just execute, you think

You are self-directed: when given a new product to learn, you have a working demo ready in two weeks

You use AI tools daily and have concrete examples of how they‘ve improved your output

You track your own win/loss data and know what you‘d do differently
