Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new corporate clients (SMEs & large enterprises) and build a strong pipeline
- Drive business across Property, Liability, Engineering, Marine, Cyber, and Employee Benefits
- Strengthen insurer relationships for competitive placements and innovative solutions
- Assess client risk exposures and recommend effective mitigation and insurance strategies
- Leverage market insights and industry trends to enhance client strategies and drive improved business outcomes
- Expand into new markets while growing existing client portfolios
- Close large accounts and consistently exceed sales targets
- Track industry trends and regulatory changes to drive growth
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in insurance broking or general insurance, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
- Ability to independently manage sales cycles and contribute to business development
- Expert in stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients and insurers
- Ability to present and simplify insurance solutions in a clear and structured manner
- A proactive and dependable approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
