Job Description:\nDesign Management for all PHE (Plumbing) Systems for new and refurbishment projects\nPlumbing & Firefighting System design for Commercial Office Buildings and campuses – High side and Low side\nDesign and execution of rainwater harvesting systems, storm water management systems at building and campus level.\nDesign and execution of Sewage Treatment Plants, Water Treatment Plants, Fire Hydrant systems, Fire Sprinkler system, Fire Tender Roads, Fire Pump Room, etc. for large building & campuses\nReview and optimization of design, BOQ, specifications for all works\nUpgrade standards and specifications from time to time to remain relevant and in line with code requirements (National Building Code 2016, ECBC, USGBC LEED, and other applicable codes and green building guidelines)\nTechnical and Commercial evaluation of vendor proposals and preparation of comparisons and recommendation\nManage execution with help of vendor partners for successful and timely completion of the projects.\nManage the complete life cycle from design to commissioning independently\nIdentifying opportunities for retrofits/improvements in campus in line with organization’s set standards\nOversee operations quality and drive Operations Excellence\nDrive innovation and incorporation of latest technologies to produce world class buildings and campuses\nManage other Infrastructure related works
