(Fill the details)\n• Step 5: Once completed, your TCS no. will be generated which starts from EP2025XXXX.\n• Step 6: You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID.\n\nEligibility:\n• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)\n• Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nProcess payroll for hourly and salaried employees according to client’s pay calendar/pay schedule\nReview and validate timekeeping records, payroll adjustments, and employee changes\nEnsure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and taxes\nMaintain payroll records in compliance with required statutory and country/site regulations\nRespond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner\nCoordinate with HR regarding new hires, terminations, benefits, and employee updates\nPrepare payroll reports and support month-end and year-end processes\nAssist with payroll tax filings, and audits as needed\nSupport payroll process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy\n\nQualifications\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n1 to 3 years of experience with payroll systems, payroll processing, and/or HRIS platforms (ADP, Workday, or similar preferred)\nStrong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements\nAttention to details and excellent analytical skills\nAbility to manage deadlines in a demanding environment\nElevated level of professionalism and confidentiality\nStrong written and verbal communication skills
