Profile: HR-IT-Surat-4.2 LPA

Experience: 

2-4 years
(Preferred: IT company / software industry experience)

Salary Range: 35k to 40k

Roles: 

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
• Source, screen, and schedule candidate interviews

2. Employee Onboarding & HR Operations

• Manage joining formalities and employee documentation
• Handle attendance, leave records, and HR operations

3. Employee Engagement & Relations

• Organize employee engagement activities
• Maintain positive workplace culture and employee relations

4. HR Policies & Compliance

• Ensure implementation of HR policies and processes
• Support payroll coordination and compliance activities

5. Performance & Coordination

• Coordinate with department heads for hiring and performance discussions
• Support appraisal and employee feedback processes

6. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain employee records and HR reports
• Update HRMS and recruitment trackers regularly

Qualification: 

• MBA HR / BBA / B.Com / Graduate in relevant field
• HR certifications - Good to have
