Profile: Accounts Head-FMCG-Surat-4.8 LPA
Experience: 4-6 years
(Preferred: FMCG / Distribution / Trading industry)
Salary Range: 35k to 40k
Roles:
1. Accounts Finalization
- Handle finalization of accounts and financial statements
- Prepare balance sheet, P&L, and MIS reports
2. Team Supervision
- Supervise and guide Accounts Executives
- Ensure accuracy in accounting entries and reports
3. Taxation & Compliance
- Manage GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Coordinate with auditors and consultants
4. Financial Monitoring
- Monitor receivables, payables, and reconciliations
- Maintain financial accuracy and internal controls
5. Reporting & Coordination
- Provide financial reports to management
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth accounting operations
Qualification:
- CA Inter (mandatory)
- B.Com / M.Com - Preferred
