Overview
We are looking for a strategic Social Media lead who can strengthen brand presence, elevate engagement, and support demand-generation goals across global channels. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in social media strategy, SMM execution, PPC integration, analytics, and the use of AI tools to improve performance. Knowledge of the technology or solutions integrator industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a unified social media and SMM strategy aligned with brand, demand-generation, and audience needs
Plan, create, and manage content across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
Use AI tools for content ideation, performance forecasting, workflow efficiency, and audience insights, etc
Manage PPC campaigns across paid social to improve reach, engagement, and qualified demand
Leverage social platforms for brand building, thought leadership, and measurable pipeline impact
Monitor trends, competitor activity, and platform best practices to optimize content and campaigns
Track, measure, and analyze social and PPC performance, delivering insights that guide strategic decisions
Partner with marketing, communications, creative, and product teams to support integrated campaigns
Ensure brand consistency and adherence to corporate guidelines
Support social listening, community management, and platform governance
Identify opportunities for innovation using AI, automation, and new tools

Qualifications
5-7 years of digital marketing experience with a strong focus on social media management, SMM, and PPC
Experience using AI tools for content, optimization, and analytics
Strong understanding of B2B marketing; exposure to the technology or digital transformation sector is an advantage
Proven ability to develop strategies that drive engagement, brand visibility, and demand generation
Proficiency with social media management, SMM, AI, and analytics platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Oktopost, Pardot, and Salesforce) is good to have
