We have a requirement for one ServiceNow ITSM Senior Developer. Please share suitable profiles for the same.
Here is a brief JD:
- Development of ServiceNow applications, including modification to existing ITSM modules
- Work with process owners to develop and implement workflow
- Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices and processes
- Strong working knowledge of various ServiceNow components such as Service Desk, Change Management, Asset Management, Incident Management, CMDB and Discovery
