About the role:

We're looking for a Mid-Level Motion Graphic Designer who lives and breathes social media content. This role is ideal for someone who understands what makes content feel fresh, trend-forward, Gen Z-friendly, and scroll-stopping.

You should be able to take a brief and turn it into compelling product reels and motion assets using existing content modules, while bringing in the latest visual trends from social media. If you instinctively know how to use funky lines, curves, kinetic text, trendy transitions, and playful design elements to make content feel creative and relevant, we'd love to hear from you.


What you will be doing:

  • Create engaging motion graphics and product reels for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Translate creative briefs into high-performing video content using existing brand and content modules.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, motion styles, transitions, typography, and audio trends.
  • Recreate and adapt trending transitions, font styles, motion treatments, and editing patterns in a brand-relevant way.
  • Source and use copyright-free or properly licensed music and audio that align with current social media trends.
  • Bring a strong Gen Z visual sensibility to designs, with an understanding of aesthetics that feel current, bold, playful, and creatively fresh.
  • Use visual elements like funky lines, curves, dynamic shapes, stickers, overlays, textures, and kinetic typography to elevate content.
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and creative teams to deliver fast-turnaround assets

What you need to be great in this role:

  • 3-5 years of experience in motion graphics, video editing, or social-first design.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Solid understanding of social media content formats, trends, and audience behavior.
  • Ability to convert static or modular assets into engaging reels and short-form videos.
  • Strong eye for timing, pacing, typography, transitions, and visual storytelling.
  • Familiarity with trending social media aesthetics, especially Gen Z-oriented visual language.
  • Ability to identify and recreate viral content styles while keeping designs original and brand-aligned.
  • Good understanding of music selection, rhythm-based editing, and audio-led storytelling.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Someone who is highly tuned into internet culture and social media trends.
  • A designer with a strong sense of what feels new, culturally relevant, and creatively exciting.
  • Someone who can make content feel instantly more fresh, dynamic, and social-native.
  • A person who understands the balance between trend adaptation and brand consistency
