Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field
BE/BTech/MBA/MCA Full-Time Education
Good to have any SAP Certification
Self-motivated, ability to pick things up quickly. Proactive problem solving
- At least done 1-2end to end implementation in SAC planning
- Good functional understanding of planning, budgeting, and consolidation processes - ideally candidate should be techno-functional, who could gather functional requirements and implement it in system technically.
- Hands-on experience in creating planning data models, stories, worked on version management, data locking, copy data action , copy model data action, data action advanced formulas. Knowledge on allocations, Value driver tree.
- Open to travel (local or abroad) , as per business needs
- Exp with planning tools like BPC or SAC planning...
- End to end knowledge of anyone planning scenario like Workforce / Capex / OpEx / Sales / Financial statement planning (P&L/BS/Cashflow) etc..
- Validation rules and story level calculations, like calculated / restricted measures / YTD / MTD calculations / variance analysis .
- Good communication skills.
