- Responsible for writing and/or reviewing / editing survey reports submitted by field staff in a manner that is consistent with company policies, procedures and standards
- Closely work with field staff to give constructive feedback and resolve all open issues
- Follow appropriate Operating procedure
- Meet quality goals
- Meet office time service goals
- Monitor e-mails, and respond in a timely manner
- Send reports to clients
- Handle additional duties as assigned
Education Requirements

Minimum of Bachelor's degree in any field
Competencies
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to think, react to situations and interact with onshore counterparts /client confidently
- Domain experience in Property Insurance (Preferred but not mandatory)
- Audit/ QA experience will be desirable
- Must be assertive, persistent, and result-oriented, ability to work in a team environment and adhere to department guidelines

Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
Technical Skills (Minimum)
- Proficient with computer systems and software including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
- Typing Speed of at least 30 WPM and 90% accuracy
- Able to express thoughts and ideas in an accurate and understandable manner through verbal and written format with internal and external contacts
