Key Responsibilities
Execute the analytics roadmap aligned with business priorities.
Partner with business heads to identify and deliver high-impact analytics and AI use cases.
Development of executive dashboards, operational reports, and advanced analytics
solutions.
Drive analytics across DMS, CRM (Salesforce), ERP, Telematics, and Manufacturing
systems.

Required Skills & Experience
8-10 years of experience in analytics, BI, or data-driven roles.
Technical & Analytics Skills
Strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Salesforce Analytics.
Advanced SQL skills; working knowledge of Python or R preferred.
Experience in predictive analytics, forecasting, anomaly detection, and recommendations.
Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT processes.
Exposure to CRM, ERP, DMS, and large-scale transactional datasets.
Business & Domain Skills
Good understanding of manufacturing, automotive, or industrial business processes.
Experience with sales, service, inventory, warranty, or dealer performance analytics.
Ability to translate business problems into measurable analytics outcomes.
