Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome and greet visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the relevant departments
  • Keep track of visitor records and manage appointment schedules
  • Supervise the processing of incoming and outgoing couriers, mail, and documents
  • Provide support with daily administrative and clerical duties
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing reception area
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure efficient office operations
  • Carry out basic office coordination and support tasks

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Friendly demeanor coupled with a professional appearance
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications (Word & Excel)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask effectively
  • Good organizational skills and efficient time management

Qualification

  • Any Graduate or Class 12 Pass
  • Candidates possessing good communication skills are strongly encouraged to apply
