The Branch Manager will be accountable for fostering business expansion through the Direct Channel by supervising sales teams, achieving set targets, and upholding operational excellence at the branch level.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the Direct Sales Team to meet both monthly and annual business goals
- Drive revenue growth from health insurance sales through direct sourcing channels
- Recruit, train, and cultivate a high-performing sales team
- Track team performance to ensure productivity targets are achieved
- Execute sales strategies and campaigns to enhance market penetration
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering excellent service standards
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
- Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and conduct performance analysis
Key Requirements:
- Graduate degree is mandatory (MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in BFSI/Insurance sales, preferably in Health Insurance
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams and working in target-driven environments
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Capability to drive business growth through direct sales channels
- Knowledge of the local market is an advantage
Preferred Background:
- Experience in Health Insurance, Life Insurance, or Banking sales roles
