Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented US Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and recruitment within the IT consulting industry, with a focus on marketing and placing bench candidates. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities, building relationships with clients, and placing consultants on projects to maximize revenue generation. This position requires strong networking skills, a deep understanding of the IT consulting market, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop business opportunities with existing and new clients to market bench candidates for project placements.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, procurement officers, and key decision-makers to understand staffing needs and project requirements.
- Proactively source, screen, and qualify bench candidates with relevant skills and experience for potential project opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to effectively market bench candidates and secure project placements.
- Negotiate contract terms, rates, and terms of engagement with clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to ensure alignment between client requirements and candidate capabilities.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts using CRM and other sales tools.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and client needs to identify emerging opportunities and challenges.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and consultants, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, best practices, and market intelligence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
- Proven experience in bench sales, account management, or business development within the IT consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies, project methodologies, and staffing models, with a focus on software development, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics in a competitive sales environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other sales tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
