Job Title: US Bench Sales Recruiter

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented US Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and recruitment within the IT consulting industry, with a focus on marketing and placing bench candidates. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities, building relationships with clients, and placing consultants on projects to maximize revenue generation. This position requires strong networking skills, a deep understanding of the IT consulting market, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop business opportunities with existing and new clients to market bench candidates for project placements.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, procurement officers, and key decision-makers to understand staffing needs and project requirements.
  3. Proactively source, screen, and qualify bench candidates with relevant skills and experience for potential project opportunities.
  4. Develop and execute sales strategies to effectively market bench candidates and secure project placements.
  5. Negotiate contract terms, rates, and terms of engagement with clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
  6. Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to ensure alignment between client requirements and candidate capabilities.
  7. Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts using CRM and other sales tools.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and client needs to identify emerging opportunities and challenges.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and consultants, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, best practices, and market intelligence.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in bench sales, account management, or business development within the IT consulting industry.
  3. Strong understanding of IT technologies, project methodologies, and staffing models, with a focus on software development, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  5. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics in a competitive sales environment.
  6. Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other sales tools.
  7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
  8. Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
  9. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  10. Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
