Role Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager to oversee financial

planning, reporting, and compliance. The role involves managing day-to-day financial

operations while providing insights to support business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily financial operations including accounting, invoicing, and reconciliations

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

Monitor cash flow and ensure effective fund management

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, taxes, and audits

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and external stakeholders

Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to leadership

Manage payroll processing and expense tracking

Improve financial processes and implement cost-control measures

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/CPA preferred)

4-6 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance

Proficiency in accounting tools and MS Excel

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
