Role Detail
Primary Purpose of the Job
As a Business Development Manager, you will be the face of the company.
You will interact directly with preschool owners and principals to introduce them to our platform.
This is a field sales role.
Requires regular travel to preschools within assigned regions (Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore).
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with preschool stakeholders.
Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase Edtech solutions.
Close deals, meet targets, and drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with the telecalling team for lead nurturing and follow-ups.
Share regular reports and insights with the management team.

Desired Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
MBA preferred
Years of Experience
2+ years of experience in B2B sales
Preferably in Edtech or education
Expected Competencies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
Ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels
Strong understanding of preschool operations and the Edtech landscape
Existing network of industry contacts and relationships
Skills and Knowledge
Understanding of Sales KPIs and performance metrics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience in proposal and contract management
