Role: Sales Development Representative\nLocation: Bangalore\nWorking Model: Hybrid\nShift Timings: EMEA (12 PM-9 PM IST)/US (6:00 PM IST – 3:00 AM IST)\n\nIntroduction:\nWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to drive pipeline growth by engaging prospective customers and generating qualified sales opportunities.\nThis role is responsible for responding to inbound leads, proactively prospecting into target accounts, and nurturing early-stage relationships to secure qualified meetings for our senior sales team.\nThe ideal candidate is energetic, disciplined, and thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment where success is measured by activity, quality conversations, meeting generation and pipeline creation.\n\nSome of the things you’ll be doing:\n\nLead Qualification & Meeting Generation\nRespond to inbound leads quickly and professionally (target: within 15 minutes)\nQualify prospects based on business needs, timing, and fit\nSchedule and confirm qualified meetings for Account Executives\nEnsure all meetings meet defined qualification standards\nOutbound Prospecting\nConduct high-volume outbound outreach via:\nCold calling\nEmail campaigns\nLinkedIn and other channels\nIdentify and engage decision-makers within target accounts\nSchedule and confirm qualified meetings for Account Executives\nLead Nurturing\nMaintain ongoing communication with prospects not yet ready to engage\nRe-engage dormant or aged leads\nDevelop thoughtful follow-up strategies to convert interest into meetings\nCRM & Pipeline Management\nAccurately log all activity in Salesforce\nMaintain clean and up-to-date lead & prospect records\nTrack engagement, progress, and outcomes for all leads\nPartner closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of meetings/opportunities\nPerformance & Activity Management\nMeet or exceed monthly targets for:\nQualified meetings set and held\nOutbound activity (calls, emails, touches)\nConversion rates from lead to meeting\nMaintain high standards of responsiveness, professionalism, and follow-through\nSuccess Metrics\nNumber of qualified meetings held\nMeetings that generate pipeline for the sales team\nConversion rates from lead to opportunity\nConsistency of outbound prospecting activity\nSpeed and effectiveness of inbound lead response\n\nWhat technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?\n3-5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.\nExperience in demand generation for the US and EMEA markets, with the ability to work across aligned market shifts.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nComfortable with high-volume outreach and phone-based prospecting\nHighly organized with strong attention to detail\nSelf-motivated with a results-driven mindset\nAbility to handle rejection and remain persistent\nExperience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus\nProficient in spoken and written English\nCompetitive and goal-oriented mindset\nStrong work ethic and accountability\nCoachability and willingness to learn\nAbility to thrive in a structured, performance-driven environment\nCuriosity and desire to understand customer needs\nProven ability to drive engagement and generate responses from prospects across multiple channels\nStrong skill in converting conversations into scheduled, qualified meetings\nConfidence and persistence in outreach, with the ability to handle rejection and maintain momentum\nCareer Growth\nThis role is a strong entry point into a long-term career in sales.
